Hello everyone and happy 2020! I'm finally back to cardmaking after days full of love, food and relax. Thinking of last year, I feel very proud of myself since I was able to deal with changes and choices with a positive state of mind. Thank you 2019, welcome 2020! Today I want to share 2 cards for Valentine's Day with lots of stamping and embossing, using Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps supplies - this is one of my projects with no coloring at all.

Ciao a tutti e felice 2020! Sono finalmente tornata alle card dopo giorni ricchi di amore, cibo e relax. Pensando all'anno appena concluso, mi sento molto fiera di me stessa, visto che sono stata in grado di fronteggiare cambiamenti e scelte di vita con positività e quasi un pizzico di ottimismo. Grazie 2019, benvenuto 2020! Oggi voglio condividere 2 card per San Valentino utilizzando timbri di Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps e sfruttando l'heat embossing - questo è uno dei miei progetti con nessun tipo di colorazione.

First of all I created 2 backgrounds with the Tulip Background stamp: the first one is made by inking the stamp with purple ink, while the second one is made with Versamark Ink and clear heat embossing. The MISTI tool just saved my life since I needed to stamp the image multiple times to achieve a good impression.

Prima di tutto ho creato 2 sfondi con il timbro Tulip Background: il primo l'ho ottenuto con un inchiostro viola, il secondo l'ho realizzando timbrando l'immagine con dell'inchiostro Versamark e embossando con la polvere trasparente. Il MISTI mi ha salvata visto che ho dovuto timbrare l'immagine più volte per raggiungere una stampata precisa.

Next I stamped the couple In Love again with Versamark ink, covered with gold embossing powder, heat embossed and fussy cut.

In seguito ho timbrato la coppia In Love sempre con dell'inchiostro Versamark, l'ho ricoperta con polvere da embossing dorata, embossata a caldo e ritagliata.

Then I adhered the couples on the backgrounds using foam tape and added a heat embossed sentiment too: one version has the couple on the right and the sentiment on top, the other one has the couple in the center and the sentiment at the bottom.

Poi ho incollato le due coppie sui due sfondi, utilizzando del nastro gommato e aggiungendo un augurio - anche lui embossato in oro: in una versione la coppia sta sulla destro e la scritta sopra di essa, nell'altra la coppia sta al centro e la scritta proprio al di sotto.

To finish them off, I added some white Nuvo Drops. Plus, Valentine's Day and Love stamps are 20% off in the shop during the month of January:

Hello stampers! What a busy month! Christmas is near and it seems I'm finishing all my Holiday cards for this year. A friend of mine asked me a traditional card, so I decided to use my prismacolor pencils on kraft cardstock with a touch of gold.

Ciao a tutti! Che mese impegnativo! Il Natale è ormai vicinissimo e sembra proprio che riesca a finire per tempo tutte le card natalizie che mi sono state commissionate. Un'amica di famiglia mi ha chiesto di realizzare una card tradizionale, quindi ho deciso di tirar fuori le matite, il cartoncino kraft e la polvere dorata.

First of all I stamped some Holly Branches by Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps on a kraft panel with a light ink. In this way I could practice some no-line coloring with Prismacolor pencils.

Prima di tutto ho timbrato qualche Holly Branch di Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps su del cartoncino kraft utilizzando un inchiostro chiaro. In questo modo ho potuto impratichirmi con la tecnica di colorazione "no-line" utilizzando le matite Prismacolor.

I picked up 3 pencils for each shade of colors in order to give a 3D effect to the images.

Ho scelto 3 matite per ciascuna sfumatura di colore, così da dare una parvenza di tridimensionalità alle immagini.

I stamped and colored one branch at a time, since I stamped it again on top of the colored image with my MISTI tool and the Versamark ink. So I covered the branches with gold embossing powder and heat set them.

Ho timbrato e colorato un ramo alla volta, visto che ognuno è stato ristampato una seconda volta sopra l'immagine colorata, con l'aiuto del MISTI e dell'inchiostro Versamark. Infatti ho coperto il tutto con la polvere da embossing dorata e l'ho fusa con l'heat gun.

Finally I heat embossed the sentiment by Modascrap in white on red cardstock and framed it with gold paper.

Infine ho embossato la scritta Modascrap in bianco su del cartoncino rosso e l'ho incorniciato con della carta dorata.

I love coloring heat embossing images with markers or pencils: in this case the MISTI tool really makes the difference! During the month of December every Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps stamp is 30% off, plus Copic markers and stencils are 20% off too:

Hello there! I love watching cardmaking videos with lots of die cuts involved, but I'm not so familiar with them. While I was searching for some inspiration, I decided to give them a try by using some flower die cuts on a stamped frame. For this I chose the Viney Wreath by Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps, probably one of my favorite image for traditional Christmas card layouts.

Ciao a tutti! Adoro guardare videotutorial di cardmaking in cui si vede l'utilizzo di moltissime fustellate, ma si tratta di una scelta stilistica che non mi è molto familiare. Mentre stavo cercando qualche nuova fonte di ispirazione, ho deciso di dar loro una possibilità scegliendo dei fiori fustellati su una cornice stampata. Per questo la scelta è ricaduta sulla Viney Wreath di Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps, probabilmente una dei miei timbri preferiti per card natalizia tradizionali.

First of all I stamped the wreath on a white cardstock with a light brown ink, let it dry and cut the panel in a square shape.

Prima di tutto ho timbrato la ghirlanda su del cartoncino bianco con un inchiostro marrone chiaro, ho lasciato asciugare e ho ritagliato il pannello rendendolo quadrato.

Then I die cut some flowers from red cardstock, shaped them with a round tip and die cut more golden leaves. I arranged them on the wreath, I took a picture and I heat embossed a sentiment at the center of the wreath with gold embossing powder (the sentiment says "Merry Christmas in italian").

Poi ho fustellato un po' di fiori rossi, li ho sagomati con una punta tonda e ho fustellato anche delle foglie oro. Ho posizionato tutti i miei elementi su una ghirlanda, ho fatto una foto e ho embossato l'augurio al centro della ghirlando con la polvere da embossing oro.

I really love this simple but elegant design!

Questo design semplice ma elegante mi piace proprio!

As final touches I added some white Nuvo Drops at the center of each flower.

Come tocco finale ho aggiunto Nuvo Drops bianche al centro di ogni fiore.

Hello crafters! We're less than 2 month until Christmas and it seems like I'm getting ready in advance this year! Today I'm showing you another Christmas card made with Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps supplies. In this case I wanted to keep it quite clean and simple, with two focus: the Holly Branches and the embossed Wood Slice.

Ciao a tutti! Mancano meno di 2 mesi a Natale e sembra che stavolta mi stia preparando per tempo! Oggi vi mostro un'altra card natalizia, realizzata con timbri di Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps. In questo caso ho voluto mantenere il tutto abbastanza pulito e semplice, con 2 focus principali: i rami di agrifoglio e gli anelli dell'albero embossati.

First of all I stamped a couple of branches on white cardstock with Memento Tuxedo black ink, colored it with alcohol markers and fussy cut.

Prima di tutto ho timbrato un paio di rami su del cartoncino bianco con del Memento nero, ho colorato il tutto con i pennarelli ad alcohol e ritagliato.

Next I picked up a white panel, I stamped the Wood Slice with Versamark ink, covered it with gold embossing powder and heat embossed it on the right edge.

Poi ho preso dell'altro cartoncino bianco, ho timbrato la fetta di legno con dell'inchiostro Versamark, l'ho coperta con la polvere da embossing dorata e ho embossato l'immagine a caldo, che risulta così sul lato destro.

Finally I glued two Holly branches on top of the panel and I embossed an Italian sentiment that says "I wish you a Merry Christmas" in white on red.

Infine ho incollato due rami d'agrifoglio sul pannello e ho embossato l'augurio in italiano (in bianco su rosso).

I have to say that red is not one of my favorite colors, but it's my go-to shade for Holidays cards. The touch of gold is important too!

Devo dire che il rosso non è certo il mio colore preferito, ma è decisamente quello che prediligo quando si tratta di card natalizie. E un tocco dorato non può mancare!
