Hello guys! Today I'm sharing a no-spooky Halloween card, made with a cute stamp from Crackerbox Palace & So Suzy Stamps, on which I added some details. These children are so cute to focus for Thanksgiving cards, but I decided to change them a little bit for a totally different Halloween card.

Oggi voglio condividere un'altra card per Halloween, ma stavolta non è nulla di spaventevole: si tratta di un timbro di Crackerbox Palace & So Suzy Stamps, su cui ho aggiunto qualche dettaglio. Questi due ragazzi sono troppo carini per biglietti del Ringraziamento, ma ho deciso di cambiarli un pochino per una card di Halloween diversa dal solito.

First I stamped the Pumpkin Patch with Memento ink and I coloured the image with Promarker pens. I fussy cut and I drew eyes and mouth on two of the pumpkins, covering everything with a black gel pen.

Prima di tutto ho timbrato i ragazzi con le zucche con dell'inchiostro Memento, colorandoli poi con i Promakers. Li ho ritagliati ed ho disegnato occhi e bocca a due zucche, ricoprendo i dettagli a matita con una penna gel nera.

Next I took a piece of kraft cardstock and I die cut half of a circle with the Big Shot. I stamped the sentiment with Versamark Ink and heat embossed it with white embossing powder.

In seguito ho preso del cartoncino kraft ed ho fustellato metà cerchio con la Big Shot. Ho timbrato la scritta con dell'inchiostro Versamark e l'ho embossata con della polvere bianca.

You can do a lot of things with them, for example stamping solid images perfectly as well as blending them while are still wet - get inspired here!



Ciao amici! Oggi festeggiamo l'arrivo dei nuovissimi inchiostri di Catherine Pooler nello shop di Crackerbox & So Suzy Stamps! Per cui vi mostriamo questi bellissimi tamponi, che hanno colori molto luminosi suddivisi in diverse collezioni. Si possono fare moltissime cose con loro, per esempio stampare perfettamente così come sfumarli con il blending tool mentre sono ancora umidi - lasciatevi ispirare qui!

Today I wanted to create a sympathy card for a four-legged friend, in particular a dog. First I used Sweet Sixteen and Pixie Dust Inks (from the Catherine Pooler "Spring Fling" collection) and I stamped the two images of "Pet Heart set of 2" set trying to achieve an ombré effect.

Oggi ho voluto creare una sympathy card per un amico peloso, in particolare per un cagnolino. Prima di tutto ho utilizzato gli inchiostri Sweet Sixteen e Pixie Dust della collezione "Spring Fling" di Catherine Pooler per timbrare le due immagini "Pet Heart set of 2" per ottenere un effetto sfumato.

At this point I added a bit of blending, using the same inks and the blending applicators, trying to keep a smooth transition.

A questo punto ho aggiunto un po' di colore sfumando il cartoncino con gli stessi colori usati in precedenza, cercando di ottenere una una morbida sfumatura.

Then I took a couple of stamps from Crackerbox & So Suzy Stamps and I stamped them with Versafine ink on white cardstock using a MISTI tool. I drew a line with a pencil just to know where I wanted to cut. I trimmed the excess and I fussy cut all around the dog silhouette.

Infine ho preso un paio di timbri di Crackerbox & So Suzy Stamps e li ho timbrati con del Versafine nero su del cartoncino bianco usando il MISTI. Ho disegnato una linea con una matita, così da avere un riferimento per il taglio. Ho eliminato l'eccesso e ho ritagliato tutto intorno la silhouette del cane.

I kept this card simple, without any type of embellishment. The inks are beautiful, so easy to clean, blend, ink... they are so brilliant! Check them out here!

Ho mantenuto questa card piuttosto semplice, senza alcun tipo di decorazione. Gli inchiostri sono divini, facili da pulire, da sfumare, da inchiostrare... ed hanno dei colori decisi e brillanti! Scopriteli qui!

Hello stampers! Today I'm back with a Christmas card that I made for the new Crackerbox & So Suzy Stamps challenge, as the theme is "All Holidays"!

Ciao a tutti! Oggi sono qui con una card natalizia che ho realizzata per la nuova sfida sul blog di Crackerbox & So Suzy Stamps, che vede come tema "All Holidays"!

I used one of my current favorite technique: repeated stamping for backgrounds. This time I chose a little candy cane stamp and a dark grey cardstock, since I love how prismacolor pencils look on dark surfaces.

Ho utilizzato una delle mie (attuali) tecniche preferite: la timbrata ripetuta per sfondi personalizzati. Questa volta ho scelto il piccolo timbro con il bastoncino di zucchero e del cartoncino grigio scuro, visto che adoro l'effetto delle matite prismacolor sulle superfici scure.

First I stamped the candy cane trying to follow a sort of pattern with Versamark ink, I covered everything with white embossing powder and then heat embossed.

Quindi ho timbrato il bastoncino di zucchero cercando di seguire un motivo con dell'inchiostro Versamark, ho coperto tutto con della polvere bianca e ho embossato a caldo.

Then I coloured every candy cane using a couple of shades for each color.

Poi ho colorato ciascun bastoncino utilizzando un paio di tinte per ogni colore.

Finally I cut the panel in a half, adding two short strips of light grey cardstock in between. I placed the sentiment on a white cardbase and stamped it in red with the MISTI tool.

Infine ho tagliato il pannello in diagonale, aggiungendo due strisce fini di cartoncino grigio. Ho posizionato l'augurio su una base bianca e timbrato con inchiostro rosso e MISTI.

Hello my friends! Fall is coming and... well, are you thinking of Halloween cards? This is the first one I made in this mood and I created it using stamps from Crackerbox & So Suzy Stamps latest release. I kept it simple, as usual: a couple of images, a patterned background and an embossed sentiment... even if classical, I love how it turned out!

Ciao a tutti! L'estate sta finendo e l'autunno si avvicina... state già pensando alle card per Halloween? Questa è la primissima card che realizzo quest'anno, creata seguendo questo mood e  utilizzando i timbri dell'ultima release di Crackerbox & So Suzy Stamps. Ho mantenuto, come al solito, un'impostazione piuttosto semplice: un paio di immagini, una carta patterned come sfondo e una scritta embossata... anche se molto classica, mi piace molto il risultato finale!

First of all I picked up two images: the witch hat and the broom. I coloured both of them with alcohol markers and then fussy cut.

Prima di tutto ho selezionato due immagini: il cappello e la scopa da strega. Ho colorato entrambi con i pennarelli ad alcohol e li ho ritagliati.

Next I chose a geometrical patterned paper in violet, I die cut a white circle and heat embossed the sentiment in white on black.

Poi ho scelto una carta pattern piuttosto geometrica, che contenesse colori simili a quelli utilizzati per il cappello, ho fustellato un cerchio da un cartoncino bianco e ho embossato la scritta in bianco su nero.

I glued everything on a piece of cardstock, popping up the images with a bit of 3D foam tape. Remember that you have until September 14th to play with the Crackerbox & So suzy Stamps monthly challenge: this month is all about Halloween:



Ho incollato il tutto su una base, dando rilievo alle immagini con del nastro adesivo 3D. Ricordatevi di partecipare alla nostra sfida mensile, che fino al 14 settembre è tutta dedicata ad Halloween!

Ciao a tutti! Oggi abbiamo un evento-bomba: una bella collaborazione tra Crackerbox & So Suzy Stamps e My Sweet Petunia (dove è stato inventato il MISTI!). Visto che si tratta di una collaborazione molto speciale, potete vedere come ho realizzato queste due card a tema Harry Potter guardando il video tutorial che ho realizzato:

In my opinion, the MISTI is a must-have for a crafter: you can stamp as many time as you need, getting a perfect impression without wasting paper and time. Especially if you are working with textured or watercolor paper, as I did with my backgrounds. This new release from Crackerbox & So Suzy Stamps is full of medium-size images, that work well for customized backgrounds. And the sentiments are just the perfect match!

Secondo me, il MISTI è uno strumento fondamentale per una crafter: puoi stampare quante volte vuoi, ottenendo una timbrata perfetta senza buttar via carta e tempo. Specialmente se ti trovi a lavorare con carta acquerellabile o con molta texture, come nel caso dei miei sfondi. La nuova release di Crackerbox & So Suzy Stamps è piena di immagini di grandezza media, che funzionano benissimo con sfondi come questi. E le scritte si sposano alla perfezione!

Hi muggles! It's been a while since the latest release from Crackerbox and So Suzy Stamps, and today we're celebrating not only a bunch of new stamps, but also some new inks in the shop. And, oh my God, I'm speaking of Catherine Pooler inks! How cool!

Well, let's talk about the card: this one is Harry Potter related, since few stamps from the release are inspired by this fantasy!




Ciao babbani! E' passato un po' di tempo dall'ultima release di Crackerbox and So Suzy Stamps, e oggi stiamo festeggiando non solo un sacco di timbri nuovi, ma anche nuovi tamponi presenti nello shop. Per di più si tratta degli inchiostri di Catherine Pooler! Che bellezza!
Ma ora soffermiamoci sulla card: questa è legata ad Harry Potter, visto che qualche timbro della nuova release è ispirato a questo fantasy!

First I stamped a couple of images: the golden snitch of Quiddich and a magical potion. I coloured them with alcohol markers and fussy cut. At the end I changed my mind and, as you can see in the first picture, I used the Quiddich broom and the wand. I also heat embossed the sentiment in white on black.

Per prima cosa ho timbrato un paio di immagini: il boccino d'oro del Quiddich e una pozione magica. Ho colorato il tutto con i pennarelli ad alcol ed ho ritagliato. Alla fine ho cambiato idea e, come potete vedere dalla prima foto, ho utilizzato una scopa da Quiddich e una bacchetta. Ho anche embossato la scritta in bianco su nero.

For the background I smooshed a bit of Pomice Stone Distress Ink on a piece of watercolor paper and let it react with water. Then I added some golden drops and I set aside to dry.

Per lo sfondo ho applicato del Distress Ink Pomice Stone su della carta acquerellabile che ho fatto reagire con dell'acqua. In seguito ho aggiunto qualche goccia dorata e ho lasciato asciugare.

Everything is ready now, so I fixed the background onto a card base and added the sentiment and the images with some 3D foam adhesive.

Ora che è tutto pronto, ho solo dovuto incollare lo sfondo su una base e applicare la scritta e le immagini in rilievo grazie a dell'adesivo gommato.

This release has lot of gorgeous stamps and the best part is that you can use the ones related to Harry Potter for Halloween too! Stay tuned, more card ideas are coming, meanwhile hop with us:
