We have a brand new team bringing you So Suzy projects for the rest of 2016 and I was chosen to be part of it! This is my first experience as DT member and I'm pleased to share this adventure with other talented ladies! This is also my first project for So Suzy Stamps: I hope that you like my cards and my clean and simple style.

Da oggi faccio ufficialmente parte del Design Team di So Suzy Stamps. E' la prima volta che entro in un DT: è stimolante far parte di una squadra composta da donne di tutto il mondo, creative con cui condividere progetti e con la mia stessa "debolezza" per la carta e il mondo scrap. Inutile dirvi che sono emozionata e che ho ritoccato questo post una miriade di volte. I post per So Suzy Stamps sono e saranno diversi dal solito: mi racconterò di meno e li scriverò sia in italiano che in inglese, ma saranno un'ottima palestra per il futuro.

These are the cards I made for the So Suzy Stamps June Release using this stamp:
I started with a piece of grey cardstock that I die cut with a Stitched Rectangle Die from Lawn Fawn. I stamped some feathers on it with versamark ink and heat embossed them with clear embossing powder in order to have a tone-on-tone effect.
Ho realizzato due versioni di questa card: per la prima sono partita da un cartoncino grigio, che ho timbrato con delle piume Aladine su cui ho usato la polvere da embossing trasparente. L'effetto finale è uno sfondo tono su tono.
Then I focused on the sentiment. I picked a piece of white cardstock and I sponged it with some Abandoned Coral Distress Ink, using a blending tool for shading. I let it dry for few minutes, then I stamped the sentiment with versamark ink and heat embossed it with silver embossing powder.
Poi mi sono concentrata sull'augurio. Ho preso una striscia di cartoncino bianco e l'ho sfumata con del Distress Ink color Abandoned Coral, dal basso verso l'alto. Ho lasciato asciugare e ho stampato l'augurio che ho poi embossato con della polvere argento.
I also cut out a piece of dark grey cardstock and a strip of vellum, that I die cut on both sides using a Puffy Clouds Border from the Lawn Fawn set. If you want, you can use the same grey cardstock of the background: you can just sponge it with some versamark ink and heat emboss it with clear embossing powder in order to have a darker shade of grey.
At the end, I only had to glue down everything together.
Ho anche tagliato una striscia di cartoncino grigio scuro e una di vellum che ho tagliato con una fustella per bordi di Lawn Fawn su entrambi i lati. Potete anche usare lo stesso cartoncino grigio dello sfondo, magari passandoci del versamark ink e della polvere trasparente così da ottenere una gradazione di grigio più scura. Una volta preparati tutti questi elementi, è bastato incollare tutto insieme e con ordine.
